Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Plans Committee to be held on Monday 10th August 2026 at 7:30pm at Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

2. To receive Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI).

3. Minutes of the meeting held on 20th July 2026.

4. To consider planning reports circulated, accept to consider any submitted later, approve any responses and ratify responses made between meetings or to meet deadlines.

Listed Building Consent for removal of existing stone slates to allow for replacement of timber
battens and installation of breather membrane, extension of roof verges over gables,
repointing stonework and brickwork, repointing of chimney and renew haunching to chimney
pots and refurbishment of timber frames to elevations of 16th century parts of the building.
