Alderley History Group
This group meets regularly and hosts talks from local historians, shedding light on the history of Alderley Edge and its surrounding countryside. The group also manages a substantial archive of old photographs and other documents housed in the Heritage Centre at the church of St Philip and St James.

Alderley Edge Probus Club
A friendly club for retired professionals that meet for two hours at the Union Club on Stevens Street at 10am on the second and fourth Monday of the month. Following tea and coffee there is a presentation that’s interesting and varied in subject matter. The club also promotes other activities including crown green bowling (summer) and short mat bowling (winter) and occasional dinners throughout the year.

CommuniTea
CommuniTea and Coffee is a friendly informal get together which takes place every Monday at Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge from 1:30pm – 3:00pm. There is no need to book just drop in, everyone is welcome. It’s all about community spirit and connecting with each other over a cuppa.
RSV Luncheon Club
The Luncheon Club is on Tuesdays and Thursdays during school term time and meets at the Methodist Church from 12 o’clock with lunch served from 12:30. The charge is £4 for a freshly prepared meal by dedicated volunteers. Transport for Alderley Edge based members to the Luncheon Club is available for a small charge. Membership is open to older and vulnerable people from Alderley Edge and surrounding villages and towns.
