  1. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
  1. Public Participation – A period of not more than twenty minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
  1. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 10th February 2020.
  1. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 25th February 2020.
  1. To receive a report from the Clerk.
  1. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
  1. To receive the PCSO monthly report.
  1. To approve accounts for payment.
  1. To consider grant application from Beech Close Community Allotments Ltd.
  1. To approve the Medical Centre service charge budget for the year 2020/2021.
  1. To approve appointment of Assistant Parish Clerk.
  1. To approve spend of £1900 for purchase of new SID.
  1. Approve addition of Cllr Chapman as a bank signatory.
  1. To approve spend of £1176 on gully emptying.
  1. To approve the following with regard to Christmas in Alderley: Date for initial Christmas in Alderley public meeting. Agree date for the Christmas lights switch on event. Agree layout for the road closure.
  1. Reports from Councillors.

PART II

  1. That in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the public be excluded from the meeting for Part II of the meeting on the grounds that the discussion will include personal details.
