Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 16th January 2023 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

1. To elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
4. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.

9. To approve accounts for payment.
