Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Finance Committee to be held on Monday 17th April at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Alderley Edge.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI).
3. Minutes of the meeting held on 10th October 2022.
4. Recommendations for expenditure:
a) To retrospectively approve the following items:
Repair sunken footpath at entrance to Festival Hall £1823.00 plus VAT
b) To consider any other recommendations/requests:
Extra signage, hatching and parking posts in Festival Hall car park estimated at £1500.00
5. To approve the schedule of items paid.

7. To review the Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) figures.
8. Report form relevant councillor regarding internal controls, including check on individual salary figures.

10. To review the latest financial position of the service charges relating to the Medical Centre.
11.To agree the following Ear-Marked Reserve movements from General Reserves.
Civic Fund £2403.06 – we’re currently holding the Civic Fund money in our account as we had to shut down the Barclays Civic Fund account.
Sinking Fund – £13,000 to fund general repairs to the Festival Hall, like toilet refurbishment, etc as and when necessary.
Roof/Boiler Contingency – £16,000, to fund emergency repairs or replacement.
