3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 14th December 2020
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 14th December 2020
6. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 4th January 2021
7. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
8. To approve accounts for payment.
9. To agree the Chorley Hall Lane Allotment Association Memorandum of Understanding.
10. To set the precept for the next Financial Year 2020-21.
