1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than twenty minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 8th June 2020.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 8th June 2020.
6. To consider and vote on the applicants for co-option.
7. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
8. To approve accounts for payment.
9. To formally adopt the updated Standing Orders.
10. To formally approve regulation 15 submission of the neighbourhood Plan.
11. To agree formal response to cycling consultation.
12. To provide an update on the allotments and agree way forward regarding tenancy agreements on both Chorley Hall Lane and Heyes Lane sites. To agree position regarding refunds for unused plots.
13. To discuss Traveller Encampment and potential target hardening.
14. To report a minor data breach and recommend that all councillors and staff (who have not already) attend General Data Protection Regulation training.
15. To discuss the Medical Centre tenants and agree further action.
16. Reports from Councillors.
PART II
15. That in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the public be excluded from the meeting for Part II of the meeting on the grounds that the discussion will include personal details.
