1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI).
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten
minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 10th August 2020
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 10th August 2020
6. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 1st September 2020
7. To receive an update on the Festival Hall
8. To approve accounts for payment.
9. To discuss and approve tenancy agreements between AEPC and Chorley Hall Lane Plot Holders.
10. To discuss and approve memorandum of understanding between AEPC and Chorley Hall Lane Community Allotments.
11. Update on the latest position regarding Alderley Edge Allotment & Gardening Society.
12. To approve spend of up to £500 on clearing rat infestation on Chorley Hall Lane allotments.
13. To approve spend of £786 on the installation of two litter bins (£384 each), one to be located in the park and one in the bus stop on Wilmslow Road.
14. To approve spend of £371 on tourist signs for the Festival Hall.
15. To discuss the issues raised by the internal auditor with the proposed follow up action.
16. To approve the signed annual return from the external auditors. No issues arising.
