Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 8th March at 7.30pm via zoom.
AGENDA
1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI).
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 8th February 2021
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 8th February 2021
6. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 1st March 2021
7. To consider and vote on the applicants for co-option.
8. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
9. To approve accounts for payment.
10. To agree to place order for spring/summer planting in the amount of £2960.
11. To agree surveying costs of up to £2500 on a Building Reinstatement Cost Assessment for the Medical Centre and Festival Hall.
12. To agree cost of removal of asbestos from Beech Close Allotments up to amount of £500.
13. To approve and sign the Heyes Lane Allotment Lease and Schedule.
