Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 9th November at 7.30pm via zoom.
AGENDA PART 1
1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI).
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 12th October 2020
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 12th October 2020
6. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 27th October 2020
7. To ratify the Finance Committee minutes of 12th October 2020
8. To receive an update on the Festival Hall and approve the updated Festival Hall Business Plan.
9. To approve accounts for payment.
10. To agree re measured plots on Heyes Lane.
12. To discuss request from Chorley Hall Lane allotments to pay for removal of asbestos cement sheets from the site at a cost of £300
13. To discuss and agree ongoing security of the park and costs involved.
14. To agree Parish Council response to CEC SADPD consultation.
15. Reports from Councillors.

That in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the public be excluded from the meeting for Part II of the meeting on the grounds that the discussion will include personal details.
16. To discuss staff matters and salaries for the next financial year.
