Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 14th March 2022 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.
AGENDA PART 1
1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 15th February 2022.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 15th February 2022.
6. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
7. To approve accounts for payment.
8. To discuss issues raised on interim audit.
9. The council resolves to suspend its financial regulations for the following motions:
Approve spend of up to £4000 to hire large screen as part of the Jubilee event.
Approve spend of up to £4000 on local blacksmith to produce a commemorative wrought iron gate for the entrance to the park in Alderley Edge.
10. To approve the Medical Centre service charge budget for the year 2022/2023.
11. To consider any grant applications received.
12. Reports from Councillors.
