Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 8th November at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.
AGENDA PART 1
1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 11th October 2021.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 1st November.
6. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
7. To approve accounts for payment.
8. To agree formal response re CEC community governance review.
9. To formally adopt the circulated Banner Policy.
10. To agree spend of £750 plus VAT on Christmas event.
11. To agree spend of £384 plus VAT on tree works on Chorley Hall Lane allotment site.
12. To agree spend of £790 plus VAT on servicing of main ceiling lights in the festival hall.
13. To agree costs to re-install (in 2022) and subsequently remove (in 2023) 14 of the existing column light displays along London Road in the sum of £1,960 total + VAT.
14. To discuss request from Time Out group to access Festival Hall toilets.
15. To agree establishment & chairing of an external Allotment Liaison Group.
16. To discuss request from Beech Close Community Allotments Ltd to defer paying rent on empty plots.
17. To agree donation of £400 to RBL Poppy Appeal and up to £200 for hire of audio equipment for the Remembrance Service.
18. Reports from Councillors.

That in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the public be excluded from the meeting for Part II of the meeting on the grounds that the discussion will include personal details.
19. To discuss staff matters and salaries for the next financial year.
20. To discuss 2nd floor tenants.
