Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 9th May 2022 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 11th April 2022.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 11th April 2022.

7. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.

9. To discuss the Chonar Landscape.
10. To consider any grant applications received.
11. To agree formal response to CEC Highways Winter Maintenance Top Up Scheme.
12. To approve Section 1 (Annual governance statement 2020/21) of the Annual Return for the year ended 31st March 2022.
13. To approve Section 2 (Accounting Statements) of the Annual Return for the year ended 31st March 2022.
