You are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 13th September at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

 

  1. Apologies for Absence.
  1. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
  1. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
  1. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 8th July 2021.
  1. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 8th July 2021.
  1. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 2nd August 2021.
  1. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 6th September 2021.
  1. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
  1. To approve accounts for payment.
  1. To discuss the issues raised by the internal auditor with the proposed follow up action.
  1. To approve the signed annual return from the external auditors and discuss matters arising with the proposed follow up action.
  1. To approve the following updated policies; CCTV, Health & Safety policy.
  1. To agree Chorley Hall Lane Association MOU.
  1. To agree formal response from the council to the consultation on proposes traffic calming measures.
  1. Reports from Councillors.
