Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 8th December 2025 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.
1. To elect the Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
2. To elect the Vice Chairman of the Council and to receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
5. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
6. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 10th November 2025.
7. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 10th November 2025.
8. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
9. To review the PCSO and CCTV reports.
10. To approve accounts for payment.
11. To consider any grant applications received.
12. To discuss and agree the Budget Proposals and Earmarked reserves for 2025-26.
13. To set the precept for the next Financial Year 2025-26.
14. To agree spend of £200 on a voucher for volunteer help regarding the Christmas Event risk assessment.
15. To discuss and agree actions regarding UK Bride.
16. To review the findings of the interim audit and proposed follow up actions.????
