Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 9th October 2023 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 11th September 2023.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 11th September 2023.
6. To approve accounts for payment.
7. To review the PCSO and CCTV reports.
8. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
9. To agree a formal response to Cheshire East Car Parking consultation.
10. To discuss and agree plans for cherry trees in the main park.
11. Reports from Councillors.
