The RVS Alderley Edge Luncheon Club is celebrating its 60th Anniversary.
Councillor Kristina Hulme attended the celebration and said “It was an honour to be invited to attend the Diamond Anniversary of the RVS Alderley Edge Luncheon Club. We were entertained and enjoyed a pre dinner sing song of carols from communal song sheets with accomplished pianist Carolyn a RVS Veteran of many years standing. The diamond star treat was the Christmas Turkey Dinner followed by Christmas Pud and Mince Pies , and chocolates all fresh ingredients so ably cooked by hosts Anne Bale and Mandy Wigglesworth of RVS Alderley Edge Luncheon Club. All food was generously contributed by Waitrose AE and Partner Roz Lee who was invited as a ViP Guest.”
