Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 11th October at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 13th September 2021.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 4th October.
6. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
7. To approve accounts for payment.
8. To confirm the latest assessment of risks and confirm all councillors have received the ‘Managing the risk of procurement fraud’ document.
9. To discuss and approve request from 2nd floor tenant regarding alterations to their suite and licence to sub-let.
10. To agree formal response re CEC community governance review.
11. To discuss participation in the Speeding Issues Consultation.
12. To agree amendments to the AEAGS lease and tenancy agreements.
13. Reports from Councillors.
