You are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 12^th July at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall,

Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

AGENDA PART 1

1. Apologies for Absence.

2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)

3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.

4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 14^th June 2021.

5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 21^st June 2021.

6. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.

7. To approve accounts for payment.

8. To approve the following updated policies; Equality, Lone working.

9. To consider quotes received for new Christmas lights scheme in the village.

10. To approve amendments to CHL allotments tenancy agreement for 2021-22.

11. Reports from Councillors.

That in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the public be excluded from the meeting for Part II of the meeting on

the grounds that the discussion will include  personal details.

12. To discuss staff matters.
