Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 11th April 2022 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 14th March 2022.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 14th March 2022.
6. To receive an update on the Festival Hall.
7. To approve accounts for payment.
8. To discuss options on the management of the trees on the Heyes Lane allotment/Festival Hall boundary.
9. To agree to use CIL income on purchase of commemorative wrought iron gate for the entrance to the park in Alderley Edge.
10. To agree renewal of CCTV contribution on either a one year or three-year basis.
11. To agree formal response to 20mph zone statutory consultation.
