Parish Councillors are summoned to a meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 15th January 2024 at 7.30pm at the Festival Hall, Talbot Road, Alderley Edge.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary interest (DPI)
3. Public Participation – A period of not more than ten minutes will be made available for the public to ask questions or submit comments.
4. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 11th December 2023.
5. To ratify the Plans Committee minutes of 11th December 2023.
6. To approve accounts for payment.
